2.1 iPCR DNA Fluorescence Amplification Kit
Rapid recombination by recombinase to achieve a constant temperature and high efficiency reaction at 37-42°C, coupled with a dual-color fluorescent-labeled probe, can be used for rapid fluorescence detection. The amplification speed is fast and stable with completion within 30 minutes. High amplification sensitivity and accuracy, very low mismatching occurrence, and good amplification effect.
